Special events are customized based on our style and vision. Services may include the following:
· Unlimited emails and phone conversations
· Up to 4 hours of face-to-face or Zoom meetings including site visits.
· Event design mockup based on your style, theme, and vision.
· Customized event checklist and reminder notices.
· Create and distribute detailed schedule of events to appropriate parties, includes setup and breakdown instructions.
· Recommend venues within your budget and style.
· Schedule and attend venue site visits as needed.
· Serve as the liaison between you and the venue staff.
· Recommend vendors within your budget, style and needs. (Cake designers, photographers, videographers, DJs, musicians, florists, lighting, décor specialists and rentals.)
· Serve as the liaison between you and vendors starting 6 weeks before event date.
· Submit final head counts to appropriate vendors.
· Obtain a copy of all vendor contracts to review and confirm details.
· Collect copies of vendor insurance certificates if required by the venue.
Event Day Management
· Onsite event management up to 8 hours including setup and breakdown.
· Serve as event day manager to include guests, guest of honor and VIP arrivals.
· Provide additional event assistants as needed.
· Serve as point of contact for all vendors and oversee setup and breakdown of event space.
· Setup personal items such a guest book, signs, special photos, place cards, seating chart and guest favors.
· Perform final room inspection prior to the start of the event.
· Manage all event activities according to timeline.
· Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements.
· Distribute final payment and gratuities to vendors (paid by host).
· Coordinate collection and transport of wedding gifts and personal items with individuals designated by the .
